Hope summer has been good to you and your senses. During summer we uploaded some new radio content.

Starting with our latest Nightshop (July & August summer show) on Radio Campus Bxl, with new albums by Arthur Russell, Badiaa Bouhrizi, Alogte Oho and his Sounds of Joy, Jantra Music, Nana Benz du Togo, Coco Maria via Bongo Joe, Chupame El Dedo, Vudufa and more!

In ealy July, we did our Rebel Up @ Friends session at Kiosk Radio with our Cuban friend Raul aka Chaonda of Cubalanz festival / Camarote Culture asbl. A session with latin sounds between cumbia & salsa.


and during summer break for Bruzz radio on our Rebel Up show, we hosted a string of global mixtapes by DJ Doraemon (Lisbon, PT), Skandal (Bxl), SebCat and Kokonuts (Kortrijk). Check them all below 🙂

This week, 4 Rebel Up gigs in Bxl

Starting on Tuesday 30 May at Botanique (Rotonde room), playing warmup dj set as Rebel Up Nightshop DJ’s or the AV live show of Ammar808. Expect some heavy electronic stambeli bass vibes!

On Thursday 1st of June, Rebel Up SebCat does his monthly residency at Kiosk Radio at 15h. Tune into livestream via www.kioskradio.com or come to the park.

On Thursday evening from 18h until 23h, Rebel Up outdoor dj set at ABY buvette at Abbaye de Forest. Free in and possibly with suprise guest Rust duo from Beirut, Libanon, and their electronic arabic sound at 20h30! Expect global grooves and electro global vibes.

on Friday 2 June, La Tumbia release party of Moli Del Tro label at La Vallée, with live set by Memo Pimiento and dj set by Rebel Up SebCat & Moli Del Tro. Electro cumbia experimental vibes!

On Saturday 3 June, our last Giraffes & Penguins party @ the iconic Collectif Au Quai, as they will close down end of July 🙁
We will have a local Bxl lineup of G&P all stars and all their global sounds.

Rebel Up & Friends session at Kiosk radio with SebCat and special guest Maru Kay From Japan, dj, artist and also illustrator of Brasserie Illegaal. Listen to our eclectic 2h session filled with jazz, global sounds, afrohouse and bass.


For Bruzz radio SebCat made a Best Of 2022 mix in 2 parts, part one was prerecorded,part 2 was mixed live in the studio with some little chats too. Everything between jazz, global, psychedelic, electronic and bass.

This Friday & Saturday will be Deli Teli’s first time playing in Belgium!

Friday in Antwerpen at Costa (CC Sint Andries), warmup support by Rebel Up Sebcat & greek vinyl afterparty with Fred Kramer of Souma Records.

On Saturday, it’s Forest Sounds festival again in the cosy green Abbaye de Forest.

An amazing lineup with Crolles, Meril Wubslin, Black Flower, Songo, Lou K, Amami, Meridian Brothers and more on the Antitapas and Brass stages. Also a DJ stage by Kiosk Radio via ABY buvette with DJ’s Monstera Occulta, Fred Kramer, Prins Zonder Carnaval, DJ Backstabber, Sylvia, Rebel Up Records B2B Bongo Joe Records and XOGN.
