Sadly, this is our LAST EVER party night at De Vinger, as it soon will be closed and demolished, what a shame š
We will be joined by our new Rebel Up! member DJ DUCKFOOD who will Heat Up the dancefloor for you to freely run, jive, and just dance for the hell of it. As usual, expect a fine Rebel Up! mix of old and gritty tunes with newer weirder than ever music from all around the globe: Calypso, Soukouss, Cumbia, Desert tunes and other genres in the making.
The entrance fee should be 3ā¬ but it can also be more if you feel like helping out this bar De Vinger which as always intended to be just an open stage for young and less young local and international artists. Just providing what has become a rarity in Den Haag : a venue for alternative music.

The beatmaking DJ of the famous Spanish nu-flamenco hiphop mestizo band Ojos de Brujo, has produced many of their albums and remixes, toured the world allover. Nowadays he also works on musical projects like Lenacay and Electrorumbaiao and is quite busy spinning ethnic tunes from all over the world with loops and electronics. DJ KUMBIA BEATS (BO / Antwerp)
is the dj alter ego of Marco Bustamante born in Beni, Bolivia, descendant from the Quechua culture and plays all the native Bolivian folk music instruments like quena, charango, pinkillos, tarkas, zampoƱas, etc. In 2010 he started his own concept about Colombian cumbia combined with electro, drums and bass, funk, Bolivian folk, global bass and rock. He’s also the leader of cumbia band ‘Los Demonios de la Cumbia’ a live group playing traditional cumbia combined with beats and synth samples by Dj Kumbia Beats. Cumbia for life!

From september onwards, we will have new Rebel Up! Soundclash resident night every 2 months at Salle Rogier hosted by SebCat & LeBlanc. Every time with special international guests to make it even more special for all of you, bringing new global sounds to Brussels!
To kick off our first party night at Salle Rogier, we invite two special international guests for a night of cumbiatronics, global bass & digital global folk pop > Capitol K and Rafael Aragon!
Capitol K (UK – live)
The wizard producer of the Total Refreshment Studios and band member of Archie Bronson Outfit (Domino Records) will be performing his latest release “Andean Dub”. A collection of Cumbia Psych and Lofi, born of Kās wanderings through South America. An inspirational, original mix of deep Andean cumbia bass, analogue synth textures, sparkling percussion and spaced out live charango playing. Just check his amazing electronic cumbia sound below!
Rafael Aragon (FR – dj/live)
Rafael AragĆ³n aka Rafiralfiro has latin and arabic roots but was born and raised between downtown Paris and its multicultural suburbs. Rafaelās eclectic taste and versatile take on music production, got him obsessed with the idea of mixing traditional folk music with contemporary electronic club music, looking for the perfect balance between the organic and synthetic, the past and the future. Rafael Aragonās music is mainly club oriented, with heavy basses, infectuous rhythms, yet delicate, well balanced and highly psychedelic. You better be warned!
