Rebel Up will spin global afterparty tunes at the Baudelohof from midnight til 2h30, after Hungarian band Csangallo. Expect a full sound of balkan tunes,arabic sounds, tropical selections, cumbia, afro and more!
Babylon Trio will play at Walter de Buck square (next to Sint Jacobs church) from 3am to 4am nighttime. Also playing that night is Frente Cumbiero, De Propere Fanfare, El Cis, Kolonel Djafaar, Alek & Les Japonaises and more.
This saturday, Babylon Trio will perform at Supervue Festival in Liege!
Supervue Fesitval is a 2 day festival on the hill with experimental music, global sounds, urban and more. Artists on the lineup: La Jungle, Veence Hanao, TisDass, Les Césars du Clan Langa Langa and much more.
Babylon Trio will play around 21h30 at the Le Parvis stage.
Thurusday 25 July, from 16 to 22h, Rebel Up SebCat will spin global heartwave tunes at the Aperodroom velodroom at the new See U cultural site in Ixelles.
See U is the new cultural site in Ixelles at the old police horse cazerne, with a wooden velodroom constructed by Bruno Herzele and Elke Thuys, together with the architects of architect office Dallas and cycling group Hors Categorie, especially for the Grand Départ du Tour de France.
There are bars, foodtrucks and every thursday to saturday local Brussels DJ’s. Come for an apero or evening drink and dance to some tunes!

Echoes Of Zoo (BE) Belgian jazz cat quartet with a animalistic punk jazz sound. Spearheaded by Nathan Daems (Black Flower), Falk Schrauwen, Bart Vervaeck and Lieven van Pée. Sometimes beastly violent, then again erudite & delicate. The generosity of the band works radically contagious on audiences. With echoes from the Balkans, the middle east but just as much from the nervous urban context. In other words, our village fanfare, which is an ode to the hybridity of Molenbeek. Listen here.
Cyril Cyril(CH) Ancestral sounds from the underbelly of psychedelic folk. The duo Cyril Cyril (of La Tene / Bongo Joe Records) produces sounds that make you long for a nomadic existence in unknown mountains. Thursday 18 july, Memo Pimiento will play a free outdoor concert at Bar Eliza, in the Parc Elisabeth in Koekelberg. Expect electro cumbia wave & latino beats and more fun. Free in! starts at 20h till 22h.
This tuesday evening, Babylon Trio will finally play Antwerpen for the 1st time (yes Antwerpen is very late to the electro arabic sound, we must admit). Respect to Zomer van Antwerpen / Muziek in de Wijk and the folks of Het Oude Badhuis for putting them in their programme.
Catch them live at during the Muziek in the Wijk evening at Stuivenbergplein in Antwerpen Noord. They will play from 18h30 to 19h30, followed by Algerian female chaabi singer Djazia Satour who plays at 20h. Promises to be a special arabic sound evening!
