This saturday 13.08, a summer edition party of Giraffes & Penguins at Guinguette Gustaaf Guidon (Academie van Anderlecht).
We will start at 16h, outdoors & under the sun, with a handful of outernational live acts curated by our good friends of Gringo Humble collective. There will also be home-made food by Humanaterre, nice and copious enough to make sure that you can charge your batteries to the fullest.

Rebel Up weekend action once more!
On Friday we organise our 1st big Giraffes & Penguins party again since +2 years in the VK Vaartkapoen venue in Molenbeek. An Arab Bass night with artists from the Maghreb, Syria and Brussels.
We have a great lineup for you, with live sets by 2 special guests Rizan Said (keyboard player & composer of Omar Souleyman / Syria) and the percussive electronics by NURI (Tunisia / Shouka label). Also dj sets by local spinners Hiskhek Bishek, Tropical DJipsies, Rebel Up SebCat and Le Grand Mechant Loop as well as visuals by VJ Jan Vorst.
It will be a wild night and deep dive into the large pool of electronic arabic worldwide sounds.

After a 2,5 years covid absence, our Rebel Up Soundclash night will be back where it all started @ OCCII venue in Amsterdam on wednesday 4th of may.
It will be a concert evening with special guest Monsieur Doumani, a trio of psychedelic folk rock from Cyprus!!! Check out their amazing recent album ‘Pissourin’ on Glitterbeat.
Played with tzouras (small bouzouki) trombone and acoustic guitar and using electronics, effects and loop pedals to venture into a world that is refreshing and exciting.
Also warm up support by Drone Alone, the project of a Cyprus-Amsterdam musician.
