Wedn 19 October > 10 Years of Global Club Music Network @ Titanic Sur Mer, Lisboa (PT)

Wednesday 19 Oct, the Global Club Music Network will celebrate their 10 years anniversary with a yearly opening afterparty at the Womex showcase festival.

The GCMN is a network of international DJ’s, producers, organisers and booking agents who work in the field of global club music, which Rebel Up is part of too.

The party will be at Titanic Sur Mer, an iconic riverside venue which can hold up to 200-250 people. There will be a live concert by Miroca Paris & band, a live dj set by Colombian DJ Guitto and dj sets by Rebel Up SebCat B2B Didi of Tropical Djipsies, Kosta Kostov, Makala, D Watts Riot, David Chavez Soundculture, Oonga, Boris Viande, Ali T, Chief Boima and more… plus also a jam outside on the riverside terrace.

Fri 23.09 + Sat 24.08 Rebel Up action in Brussels @ Sounds Jazz Club + Afro Disco party

This weekend action with some gigs!
On Friday night, SebCat will spin jazz, funky & global beat tunes at Sounds Jazz Club in Ixelles after the jazz concert of Jean Alleman from 23H onwards.

On saturday, a real special African party night: Afro Disco #2, organised by Fresh Nunas.

It promises to be an amazing night of Brussels, African & Congolese sounds from rumba, afrofunk to afrohouse, amapiano and beyond. On the programme a live set by Aziza and Badi, dj sets by Spilulu (special guest from Lumumbashi, Congo!), Fresh Nunas, Baba O Bab, RaqL, Tropical DJipsies and Rebel Up SebCat.

It’s at a secret location, a nice space on the southside not too far from Gare du Midi.
Limited space for 200 or so people, so it will be a cosy party affair.

On Saturday, it’s Forest Sounds festival again in the cosy green Abbaye de Forest.

An amazing lineup with Crolles, Meril Wubslin, Black Flower, Songo, Lou K, Amami, Meridian Brothers and more on the Antitapas and Brass stages. Also a DJ stage by Kiosk Radio via ABY buvette with DJ’s Monstera Occulta, Fred Kramer, Prins Zonder Carnaval, DJ Backstabber, Sylvia, Rebel Up Records B2B Bongo Joe Records and XOGN.

This saturday 13.08, a summer edition party of Giraffes & Penguins at Guinguette Gustaaf Guidon (Academie van Anderlecht).

We will start at 16h, outdoors & under the sun, with a handful of outernational live acts curated by our good friends of Gringo Humble collective. There will also be home-made food by Humanaterre, nice and copious enough to make sure that you can charge your batteries to the fullest.
