Their blend of Argentinian folklore, Paraguayan harp and Andean mysticism, all processed through Pedro Canale’s own futuristic strain of electronic music, has garnered great reactions: the albums were hailed by Pitchfork and the New York Times, among others, and Chancha was enlisted for remix work by Gilles Peterson and Gotan Project.
