On Saturday 8 april, Atelier210 invites the Radio Campus team to leave the ULB studio behind for a crazy evening. The opportunity to go behind the scenes of the radio, well surrounded by friends on stage and behind the turntables. On the program: live radio studio to discover what is hidden behind the programming, live and dj sets to jiggle

New Rebel Up Nightshop show: March

Our Nightshop show for March, with songs of the day from Buenos Aires via UK, Tunisia & Italy and a Belgian-Bolivian tune produced in Colombia.

We have 10 albums of the month, starting with a spritual & jazz album from Guadeloupe by Polobi, followed by the international Belgian group Jiraan Ensemble and their instrumental eastern Mediterranean sound, Somalian band Iftin Group and their 80’s funk sound and the debut of the mixed trad punky Geneva band Yalla Miku. More electronic album via Turkish French group Biensüre and their oriental synths, Tunisian artist Ghoula with his electro maghreb album, the compilation ACIL Urgent Solidarity Music to raise funds for victims of the earthquake via 54 songs, the Ugandan experimental album by Rian Treanor & Ocen James and ending with Egyptian electro chaabi artist 3Phaz and his experimental bass.

This saturday 18.03, Persian market, food, workshops, concert and party at GC Pianofabriek for the yearly Norouz celebration to celebrate to Persian new year and the start of spring.

Concert at 18h30 by Ramin & Mehran.
Rebel Up SebCat & Arian Zand (Huna Sounds) will spin Persian, Kurdish, Afghan, Azeri dance tunes from 20h – 22h.

Charging Myths is an art expo about the (post)colonial mining in Congo, organised by Congolese-Belgian-Dutch art collective On/Trade/Off.

Thursday 16.02, expo opening / Jeudi baar at Brasserie Illegaal brewery, curated by Rebel Up, with live concerts by duo Bonzaiology (musicien de Phoenician Drive), duo Jean-Sebastien, and duo dj set/live by DJ Fresh Nunas & renowned trumpet player Aquiles Navarro (Panama/New York / International Anthem / River Down records) and SebCat.
Expo by Leonie Stolberg & Esteban Moulin.

Expect all sounds between jazz, rock, afro, latin and electronica, hybrid & eclectic.
