Hey all,
this weekend Rebel Up in Lisboa! a 1st ever Festa Afrotuga party with an Lisboa Afroportuguese lineup.

First up on saturday afternoon, we do a Festa Afrotuga DJ session at Lusophonica webradio from 16-18h (so that’s 17-19h western Europe time!). SebCat, DJ Kolt, Didi & Raql will be spinning together.

Wedn 19 October > 10 Years of Global Club Music Network @ Titanic Sur Mer, Lisboa (PT)

Wednesday 19 Oct, the Global Club Music Network will celebrate their 10 years anniversary with a yearly opening afterparty at the Womex showcase festival.

The GCMN is a network of international DJ’s, producers, organisers and booking agents who work in the field of global club music, which Rebel Up is part of too.

The party will be at Titanic Sur Mer, an iconic riverside venue which can hold up to 200-250 people. There will be a live concert by Miroca Paris & band, a live dj set by Colombian DJ Guitto and dj sets by Rebel Up SebCat B2B Didi of Tropical Djipsies, Kosta Kostov, Makala, D Watts Riot, David Chavez Soundculture, Oonga, Boris Viande, Ali T, Chief Boima and more… plus also a jam outside on the riverside terrace.

Free in, doors 22h until 6am

and on thursday 23.12 Rebel Up SebCat plays at the tropical Sonidos Quetzal party by Ritmos Cholulteka in the central MusicBox club. Last blast before xmas!!!

1st hour or so will be a special B2B vinyl set for those who come early and after digital tropicalism in the sounds of cumbia, sonidero, guarachero, champeta, bass, global beats and much more!

After a great Womex in Porto, Rebel Up SebCat is now hanging in Lisboa for a few days.

On wednesday afternoon I host a Rebel Up radio session at Lusophonica at Farol de Santa Marta in Cascais after Allie Silver & friends. Tune into the livestream, Allie is on at 14h (Lisboa) / 15h (Brussels), SebCat at 16h (Lisboa) / 17h (Brussels) via https://www.lusophonica.com

In the evening we host a Rebel Up & Friends global beats & Palop sounds party from 20h-2am at the underground Crew Hassan venue, with some special guests, come hang!!!!

SABI SYSTÈME # 1 is the first evening of a cycle dedicated to the celebration of randomness and singularity, while dancing to sounds from around the globe, and meeting in Brussels.

Hosted by Safari Frappè – a recent fusion between Safari Produções (Lisbon) and Radio Frappè (Bxl / Maastricht) – this evening brings together an energetic line up of DJ and a hectic atmosphere, but also beverages and gastronomy from Cape Verde and from West Africa.

16-17-18 May Barcelona: Rebel Up & Memo Pimiento @ Que No Cumbia El Panico Festival, El Clot, Barcelona (CT/ES)

Rebel Up SebCat & Memo Pimiento will be in Barcelona the weekend of 16-18 May to perform at the 4th Que No Cumbia El Panico festival. Great lineup during 3 days with live artists, deejays, workshops, afro latino record fair and much more! Join us 🙂

On friday 17 May we will play in the Casal de Joves del Clot on the Gran Via.
