Late July + August agenda: sunday 24 aug > Rebel Up in Lisbon & Portugal

Here above is our agenda for rest of July + all of August.
Rebel Up will take a 3 week break in Portugal, where SebCat will spin in Lisboa on sunday 24th and then at Boom Festival and Fora de Tempo festival.

Sunday 24 July, from 14-16h Portuguese time (15-17h Bxl time), SebCat will spin a session at Lusophonica radio in Cascais, bay of Lisboa. Tune into the livestream here.

Same day, from 19h – 23h, Rebel Up & Friends evening at Crew Hassan venue in Lisboa with SebCat & special guest Al-Jive Mestizo. FB event.

After a great Womex in Porto, Rebel Up SebCat is now hanging in Lisboa for a few days.

On wednesday afternoon I host a Rebel Up radio session at Lusophonica at Farol de Santa Marta in Cascais after Allie Silver & friends. Tune into the livestream, Allie is on at 14h (Lisboa) / 15h (Brussels), SebCat at 16h (Lisboa) / 17h (Brussels) via https://www.lusophonica.com

In the evening we host a Rebel Up & Friends global beats & Palop sounds party from 20h-2am at the underground Crew Hassan venue, with some special guests, come hang!!!!

on friday night 11 january, Rebel Up & Friends will do a party in Lisboa alternative venue Crew Hassan.

this coming weekend, Rebel Up weekend in Lisbon with parties on friday, saturday and sunday!

Starting friday at the alternative Crew Hassan venue!  a night hosted by Rebel Up: Lisboa Global Beat Clash, with some of Lisbon’s finest global dj’s.

Cigarra & BirdzZie, both of Tropical Twista records and Voodoohop, fine producers of electronic ethno beats, and who host the AncestroFuturismo nights allover Lisbon several times per month. They will play a set of ethno beats and tropical tempos.

Also joining us is dj Mushug, of amazing Lisbon Afro-Luso band Octa Push, a great producer and dj of global beats with Afro urban influences. Expect a deep dip into the African electronic underground

hosted by Rebel Up SebCat, with a set of sounds from the global underground.

Come and dance to the freshest global beats, electro-ethno blends, African electronics and Afro Latin n Arabic vibes + much more

This week Rebel Up! SebCat will be in Lisbon for Xmas,

Thursday 22 Dec, SebCat will be spinning tunes @ Crew Hassan, our favorite alternative hangout in the lively Intendente bairro, a music bar combined with a record shop and basement club for the Lisboa underground.

Also Kuzi Whan of global band XA Cute (Berlin) will spin some global dub & beats with us! 🙂
