El Khat brings their noisy Yemenite folk experimental sound to shake up things, Bristol Punjabi producer Indian Man with an album dedicated to his grandmother and with electronic collaborations between India & Africa, UK duo Dar Disku and their Arabian sea electro disco sound, Mexican Brussels duo Memo Pimiento and their electro cumbia synthwave and Peruvian duo Dengue Dengue Dengue with strong bass club sounds, and finishing with our monthly gig agenda.

Following with tribal electro rock by Brussels quartet Why The Eye, Polish space jazz electronics for the mycelium age by Błoto, and more electronic vibes by producer Aleksand Saya from La Reunion in maloya meets amapiano, Ugandan drumming group Arsenal Mikebe in heavy electro punches, and Italian producer A-Tweed and his disco punk club sounds. On Saturday 13 May, a whole afternoon, evening & night of music in Ghent at the Chinastraat / Bar Bricolage on the dockside area. Organised by La Nature Festival as a warm up to their main festival in June.
The event starts with a vinyl record fair in the afternoon from 14h onwards until 18h30 @ Bar Bricolage outdoor area. Rebel Up, Souma Records and countless other good labels and sellers will be there! FB event of record fair.
There will be outdoor music too, with DJ sets by Souma Records, Rebel Up SebCat, Rafael Aragon and Tropical DJipies crew (Didi & Raql) until 22h.

Nightshop April is online now, with songs by Emahoy Tsege Mariam Gebru who passed away end of march and a zouk tune from Guadeloupe.
We have 12! albums of the month, starting with spritual jazz by Syrian-French artist Naïssam Jalal, followed by Brussels group schroothoop and their special junk jazz sound, French-Malian duo Clement Janinet & Adama Sidibé with spiritual strings, Belgian band Gaïsha with psychedelic rock & grooves sung in Arabic. Entoto Band by musicians from Ethiopia and Eritrea bring Ethio funk classics, David Walters explores afro disco & funk and Belgian band Bernard Orchestar brings electro balkan brass in oriental bass. To end the show, Jamaican producer Gavsborg and his deep post-dancehall, DJ Kapwanthi from Malawi and his hyper beats, Ozferti brings his electronic afro club sound, Brussels producer Le Motel w/ Nigerian rapper Magugu and Swordman Kitala & Tim Karbon bring afro bass fire.
