Indian Masala Weekend is a festival that runs for 3 days in Pianofabriek (St Gilles), with dance workshops, expo, film, concerts, dj sets and more!

Rebel Up SebCat will kick of the 1st day on friday 27th with an Indian folkpop set from various styles & states of India, traditional music pop hybrids and more.

The CamioZinzo AKA Lucid soundsystem is once more released in the park of Allee du Kaai on Saturday, next to the Zinzinerie.

Rebel Up has been invited together with Le Grand Mechant Loop and Rafael Aragon for the occasion to make you dance on afrobeat, cumbia, ethno techno and other global styles all afternoon!

in the night, Rebel Up will play at the afterparty of DIY Day organised by De Toestand at the BiestebroekBis.

During the afternoon and evening, great concerts by Ensemble Orient-Occident de Muziekpublique, La Clinik de Dr Poembak, Kumbelé, High Jinks Delegation and Azmari, followed by the afterparty with Borokov, Rebel Up, Pim Rose, Phonetics and Selim Dion.

On sunday 7 april, the Rebel Up label & distro will be at the record fair on Lezarts Urbains festival.

The record fair will focus on black music & hiphop culture and is from 14h til 21h.
Our Rebel Up distro will be there from 14h to 18h.

All day plenty of hiphop action going on in several rooms in the venue with many concerts, slam poets, as well as workshops and more.

Feel, taste, listen to Iran and celebrate with us the new year and the beginning of spring! “Norouz” is the name given to the Iranian new year (but also Afghan, Tajik, Azeri, Kurdish, Yezidi) that begins every spring. We will be soon entering the year 1398!

It´s that fun time again, Recyclart Holidays festival starts this week, the best local festival of Brussels with alternative culture, art and community activities every thursday & friday that will run until 1st of August.  The workshops will start again this thursday on the outdoor square, Pain Publik; the public oven, grilled bites at the BBQ and much more. So why even leave on holidays if you can stay your own city?

On this first Holidays In Vitro evening of the summer our Rebel Up! SebCat will be teaming up with eclectic global dj Duckfood from Rotterdam for some global sound trips from 19:00 – 22:00 while the BBQ will be sizzling with tasty bites.

and also from 22:00 the South Korea – Belgium world cup match will be shown on big screen outdoor on the square, for a good alternative viewing in the setting sun.

Directly followed by a live concert of La Fanfare De Belgistan in the big room of Recyclart, who will bring a mix of ethio jazz, funk, gnawa and balkan styles all mashed together in the unique Belgistan sound >

and ofcourse, it’s all free in like every thursday during the Holidays festival!
